I here by acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions set in place by Avoskiinks.
By submitting this form, I hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by Avoskiinks. I understand that these terms and conditions govern the provision of services, pricing, warranties, and any other relevant aspects of the business relationship between myself and Avoskiinks.
I am signing it voluntarily and of my own free will, fully intending to be legally bound by its terms.
**Avoskiinks - Tattoo Business Terms & Conditions**
**1. Booking and Deposit:**
- To secure a tattoo appointment, clients must pay a %25 - %50, non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and compensates for potential loss of business due to cancellations.
**2. Design Consultation and Approval:**
- Clients are entitled to a design consultation before the scheduled appointment. The final tattoo design must be approved by the client in writing before the appointment date. Any alterations requested on the day of the appointment may result in additional charges.
**3. Health and Safety:**
- Clients are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if there are concerns about the client's health and safety during the session.
**4. Age Requirements:**
- Clients must be of legal age to receive a tattoo or must provide valid parental consent. Proper identification is required, and the artist reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not meeting these requirements.
**5. Payment and Additional Charges:**
- Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo session. Failure to pay may result in legal action to recover outstanding fees. Additional charges may be incurred for extensive design changes, prolonged sessions, or excessive aftercare negligence leading to additional touch-ups.
**6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:**
- Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit. Repeat cancellations may require additional non-refundable deposits for future bookings.
**7. Touch-Ups and Aftercare:**
- Minor touch-ups within a reasonable timeframe will be provided free of charge. However, if the client neglects proper aftercare instructions, leading to complications or excessive touch-ups, additional charges may apply.
**8. Confidentiality:**
- Avoskiinks and its artists uphold client confidentiality. Personal information, tattoo designs, and photographs will not be disclosed without explicit written consent from the client.
**9. Artistic Freedom:**
- While the artist aims to accommodate client preferences, they maintain artistic freedom during the design and execution of the tattoo. Minor adjustments may be made to ensure the best outcome.
**10. Liability and Aftercare Responsibility:**
- Avoskiinks and its artists are not responsible for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from the tattoo process if proper aftercare instructions are not followed. Clients bear full responsibility for aftercare compliance.
**11. Studio Rules and Code of Conduct:**
- Clients are expected to adhere to studio rules and regulations to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for everyone present during the tattoo session.
**12. Agreement Acknowledgment:**
- By booking an appointment with Avoskiinks, clients acknowledge and agree to these comprehensive terms and conditions.
**Note:** These terms and conditions are subject to periodic updates, and clients will be notified in advance of any changes. It is the client's responsibility to stay informed about the current terms and conditions.
